Involves dragging, pushing, pulling and throwing various objects where the aim is to try and beat your own personal effort within a set timeframe. Very unique, Loads of fun, heaps of atmosphere!

Involves completing a wide variety of basic but unique boxing / kickboxing combinations and conditioning exercises where the aim is to try and beat your own personal effort within a set timeframe.
CrunchTIME!
Crunch your way to a steel CORE by completing unreal and potent abs, obliques and lower back exercises against the clock. YES...It's CrunchTIME!!

Now you can train 1-on-1 to help get you Lean, Strong...and MOTIVATED! Programs are individually constructed around your goals, are progressive and totally measurable AND just as potent as any of the other programs in our Group exercise range.
Nutrition Seminar Series
Learn how to EAT CLEAN to get LEAN with our interactive sessions where you will become equipped and confident in what, when and how much to eat to reach your own INDIVIDUAL needs. The program includes cool and fun activities designed to provide you with ways to make healthy and sustainable lifestyle choices including the challenges of snacking, shopping and eating out.
