The BIKE ERG program is the 1st measurable group exercise cycle class of its kind!

 

Using the latest  equipment from Concept 2 (The Bike Erg), we have designed this program to give you a fantastic workout where you can accurately track your personal perfromance, with the goal of improving it from session to session.

One of the newest programs in the Heavy Haulers range.  The aim is to try and beat your own personal effort within a set timeframe using combinations involving knees, elbows forearms, fists and shins!  G&P also uses our exclusive G&P clubs in which you can use to belt our floorpads to get lean and let off some STEAM
 
 
Ground & Pound
 

Ground and Pound - A fun yet challenging way to get fit...and fast!

 

It involves completing a variety of basic and unique, 'mixed martial arts' inspired combinations and conditioning exercises using our very own patent designed floorpads.

 

The aim is to try and beat your own personal effort within a set timeframe using combinations involving knees, elbows forearms, fists and shins....and you dont need to be fit or coordinated to do it.

 

Ground and Pound has become hugely popular in a very short time frame and is totally new to the world of exercise. This program has redefined this style of training for the everyday person and is totally addictive!

The 3-10-12  is our newest and possibly most exciting fat loss program to date

 

The 3-10-12 is an enhanced verison of the very popular and potent 5-10-15 fat loss challenge, which has helped countless members achieve their greatest fat loss results and has helped many experience a total body transformation!

 

The 3-10-12 is a very focussed 3 weeks of the our famous 'High Intense Interval Training' programs PLUS a comprehensive nutrition plan aimed at achieving a 10% FAT loss, along with huge health benefits and weight loss.

 

The 3-10-12 provides the perfect opportunity to really try and fast track both your fitness & your fat loss and to EDUCATE YOU on what you must do exercise and nutrition wise in order to get real and sustainable results for now...and for ever!

 

The 3-10-12 is recommended for those committed and hungry to make a change, and we encourage you to join with a friend so you can get in the zone together, although as part of the challenge, we will be supplying all you need to really get the benefit and changes you are after, which makes it a highly valuable program.
