Our Heavy Hitters program is run in sync with the Heavy Haulers program. This class has redefined boxing for fitness and is totally addictive!

CrunchTIME! features all BRAND NEW exercises (none of which have been featured in any of our other programs) and a new timing system to get you training your mid-section the right way, and most importantly, progressing it the right way to enable you to develop a STEEL CORE!...

 

Provided you eat lean, to trim the fat, this program will get you the washboard abs that you have always desired!

Programs are individually constructed around your goals, are progressive and totally measurable AND just as potent as any of the other programs in our Group Exercise range.

 

PT can be just for you, or for small groups of friends upto 4 per session. PT is around the $55 per session mark, and generally last between 40-60minutes.

    Heavy Haulers is proud to announce that we now have our very own REWARDS system

    We are introducing this 'cumulative totals' based REWARDS SYSTEM in an effort to encourage you to train harder and also to provide further incentives to do so, while you are getting supremely fit, lean and motivated of course!

     

    For those of you who have been training with us over the past few programs, you may have noticed we have been encouraging you to add your efforts from each round to come up with your session total, or cumulative total.

     

    As of the program commencing 22nd August 2011, we will be capturing these cumulative totals at the end of each session, and adding them to your individual tallies.

     

    Once you hit certain milestones, there will be REWARDS such as savings on programs, various recognitions, gift vouchers and Haulers training gear on offer. It has been designed to give you even more BENEFITS from your time at Haulers, and to redeem them FAST!

     

    How it will work:

     

    For those wishing to participate, In order to start your tallies you will need to:

     

    • Fill in your score sheets each round as per usual
    • Add your ‘cumulative’ totals at the end of the session
    • Go to the nominated trainer and read them your ‘cumulative’ total for the session

     

    Haulers:               Each unit (both reps and meters) will be converted into 1 point for males, and 1.1 points for females

    Hitters:                Each Rep or combination will be converted into 1.1 point for both males and females

     

    Example: If you get 1300 cumulative in haulers, then this is equal to 1300 ‘REWARDS’ points for males, and 1430 points for females

     

    Initial Milestones and REWARDS:

     

    60,000 -   40% off your next program, exclusive ‘60,000 milestone’ engraved HAULERS key ring

    120,000 - 40% off your next program, ‘120,000 milestone’ engraved on your HAULERS key ring

    180,000 - 40% off your next program, ‘180,000 milestone’ engraved on your HAULERS key ring 

    250,000 - 40% off your next program, ‘250,000 milestone’ engraved on your HAULERS key ring,

    ****We are proud to offer a head start of 10,000 POINTS to the tallies of all those regulars who have completed more than 4 programs****

    Additional Milestones and rewards will be released as the system evolves

     

     

    Capturing of TOTALS:

    • Your cumulative session total must be provided at the end of EACH AND EVERY session to the nominated trainer to add to your tally
    • ONLY cumulative totals from each session in your nominated program timeslot will get added to your tallies
    • For morning programs this equals 4* day 1 session totals, 4*day 2 session totals and 4* day 3 session totals
    • For night programs this equals 4* day 1 session totals, 3*day 2 session totals and 3* day 3 session totals
    • Totals from MAKE-UP sessions will go towards your tallies, provided it is the correct session as above. For example, a day 3 MAKE UP total will get added to a day 3 space, but not to a day 2 space on our totals collection sheet
    • We will inform you when you are getting close to each milestone, but feel free to ask at the end of week 1 when all the totals from the previous program are in the system

     

    REWARD system Terms & Conditions:

    • You may redeem your reward in the very next program once you pass your milestone. For example if you reach 65,000 during the program, you may redeem your 60,000 milestone REWARD in the next program, but not during that program.
    • Discounted program REWARDS must be used within 6 calendar months, OR 30,000 points before the next milestone is reached, whichever comes first.
    • REWARDS from more than one milestone cannot be combined for redemption.
    • REWARDS can be transferred to a family member or a friend, and;
    • Can be redeemed at any company owned, or participating franchise location
    • REWARDS are not transferrable for cash
    • As The REWARDS system develops, there may be updates and additions to the Terms and Conditions.
