We have designed our Haulers program to consist of the perfect blend of quality measurable exercises performed on a platform that sees all participants achieve great results in a 4wk period. Haulers involves dragging, pushing, pulling and throwing various objects where the aim is to try and beat your own personal effort within a set timeframe. Check out the Max's muscle TV episode that features 2 max's athletes doing a haulers session. These boys pushed hard to try and keep up with each other, but of course, all our normal programs are self paced so there is no competing involved except with your own previous efforts. It is a great watch..suss it out!!

Haulers Competitive version

We also offer a competitive version of our Haulers program designed for sports clubs and schools. This competitive program is body friendly, totally measured, standardized, handicapped and fast paced. Most clubs would use this sort of session in preseason as a pre and post fitness test and also during the season as a fitness 'top-up' session due to its high intensity, yet body friendly nature. There is minimal risk of soft tissue injury and it is probably one of the best team 'bonding' sessions you could want for your team. Ground & Pound....One of the newest programs in the Heavy Haulers range. The aim is to try and beat your own personal effort within a set timeframe using combinations involving knees, elbows forearms, fists and shins! G&P also uses our exclusive G&P clubs in which you can use to belt our floorpads to get lean and let off some STEAM! Do yourself a favor and try the next fantastic program of Ground and Pound!
